Tornado warning issued for eastern Renville County until 5:30 p.m.

The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a tornado warning for eastern Renville County and northwestern Sibley County until 5:30 p.m.

At 4:49 p.m., radar indicated a storm capable of producing a tornado. The most dangerous part of the storm was 6 miles north of Fairfax and moving north at 45 mph.
