Tracy-Milroy elementary principal gets Barnesville superintendent offer
BARNESVILLE, Minn. - The Barnesville School Board has approached Scott Loeslie, the elementary principal in Tracy, Minn., with an informal offer to become the superintendent of schools in Barnesville.
Board member Eric Newell said the offer was made earlier this week but he has not heard whether Loeslie has responded to the overture.
Newell said Chad Holland, board chairman, has had the most direct talks with Loeslie.
A message was left on Holland's phone Thursday morning seeking comment.
Contacted at his school in Tracy, Loeslie confirmed he has had unofficial talks with the Barnesville School Board, but said any announcements or additional release of information would have to come from the board.
