Truck rolls on ramp from Highway 71 to Highway 23

The driver of a semi-truck was taken by Willmar Ambulance to Rice Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in rollover crash around 8 a.m. Tuesday. The truck, loaded with soybeans, was taking the ramp from northbound U.S. Highway 71 to eastbound State Highway 23 when it rolled onto its side. The ramp is partially blocked by the truck and spilled load.
