Twins' bats still on ice; fall to Red Sox

BOSTON (AP) -- Pinch-runner Jose Iglesias raced around from first to score on close play at the plate on Carl Crawford's one-out double off the left-field wall in the bottom of the 11th inning, lifting the Boston Red Sox to a 2-1 win over the Minnesota Twins.

Boston beat Minnesota the final three games of a four-game series, and won for the 11th time in 12 games in Fenway Park.

The Red Sox closed out their longest homestand of the season at 6-5.
