Two to hospital after Lac qui Parle County, Minn., crash
MADISON -- Two people were taken by ambulance to Johnson Memorial Hospital and one person was later taken by helicopter to a Sioux Falls, S.D., hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle rollover Friday night in Lac qui Parle County.
According to a news release from the Lac qui Parle County Sheriff's office, the crash was reported around 10:45 p.m. Friday about two miles west of Lac qui Parle Village. A 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse was westbound and rolled into the ditch several times. Two occupants, Justin Ridler, 23, of Maynard, and David Dunlap, 27, of Madison, were both taken to the Dawson hospital. The news release doesn't state who was later taken to Sioux Falls.
The accident is under investigation by the sheriff's office. Also assisting were the Dawson fire, ambulance and police departments, State Patrol, Monte Motors and Towing and other motorists at the scene.
