In Kandiyohi County District Court, Gomez was sentenced to 68 months in prison on a second-degree drug sale charge and ordered to pay a $500 fine. He was given credit for 144 days already served.

Angrimson was sentenced to 48 months in prison, also on a second-degree drug sale charge. She was ordered to pay a $50 fine. She was also given credit for 144 days already served.

Alberto Soto Jr., 34, of Willmar, has also pleaded guilty to a second-degree and will be sentenced Jan. 26.

According to the complaints, the informant purchased 11.7 grams of meth Aug. 12 and 12.5 grams of meth Aug. 18 at Angrimson's apartment. Gomez is accused of bringing the drugs to the residence on both occasions.

On Aug. 12, Soto arrived with Gomez at the residence.

The informant identified Soto and told agents he was present during the negotiations over the price of the meth. He also stated Soto said the drugs belonged to him and he dictated the price.

During a search warrant executed on the apartment about an hour after the Aug. 18 purchase, agents found both defendants there and more than $1,300 in previously recorded task force funds.

They also found a total of 4.3 grams of meth stored in several locations in the apartment, including in the ceiling and a safe.

Scales, drug paraphernalia, drug notes and "owe" sheets were also discovered.
