UPDATE: Renville, Minn., man killed in Vesta crash

VESTA -- An 18-year old Renville man was killed in a head-on motor vehicle crash around 11 a.m. Thursday along State Highway 19 west of Vesta.

According to the State Patrol, Jaime F. Garcia was driving a 1995 Ford Escort westbound on the highway and collided with an eastbound 2011 Chevy Equinox driven by Michael V. Million, 28, of Marshall.

Million was taken to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D. for treatment of his injuries, which were non-life threatening.

Also responding to the crash were the Redwood and Renville county sheriff's offices.
