Update: Two explosions at Boston marathon finish line

Update 3 p.m.

At least two explosions occurred at 2:50 p.m. near the finish line at the Boston Marathon, injuring dozens of spectators.

Eagle-Tribune reporter Jill Harmacinski heard two explosions. She said, "there is blood all over Boylston Street on finish line."
