VFW Baseball: Willmar I wins 2 of 3 in Starbuck

STARBUCK -- The Willmar VFW I team won two of three games over the weekend at the Starbuck tournament.

Willmar fell to Starbuck 3-1 in the tournament's first game on Saturday, then defeated Montevideo 14-0 in five innings Saturday afternoon. Willmar downed Benson 8-7 in eight innings on Sunday.

Willmar VFW plays the Alexandria 15s at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in Alexandria.
