Volleyball: BOLD tops Redwood, 3-2

REDWOOD FALLS -- After winning the first game, BOLD had to win the last two to tip Redwood Valley 25-20, 19-25, 12-25, 25-18, 15-11 in non-conference volleyball action Tuesday.

Hitting leaders for BOLD (3-10) were Katie Wick with nine kills and Nikki Neisen with eight. Laura Rodel helped out with 18 digs and four kills.

Sam Serbus powered down 10 kills and added 27 digs for the Cardinals (5-7). Bailey Koster and Kelsey Guetter had nine kilsl each. Marissa Panitzke had seven kills and Casey Smith had 39 assists, six kills and 20 digs. Abby MacHolda had seven ace blocks and five kills.
