Volleyball: NLS blocks Milaca bid

NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer flustered Milaca's attack with 12 ace blocks, leading to a 23-25, 25-15, 25-17, 25-14 win in West Central North Conference volleyball Tuesday.

Four players accounted for the Wildcat ace blocks. Brianna Jacobson had four and Justine Dammermann and Karli Wendlandt added three each.

Jacobson led the NLS (5-1, 10-2) attack with 15 kills. Cassie Ziemer added 13. Dammermann had 25 assists and Jenna Moritz recorded 21 digs.
