Volunteers are asked to meet at the east parking lot of Ridgewater College before the departure time. The volunteers will remain in Fargo-Moorhead until 3 p.m., and are expected back to Willmar around 6 p.m.

Volunteers should be prepared for cold weather and snow, and are encouraged to dress in layers. Bring a sand shovel if possible and good gloves, along with a personal lunch and drinking water.

Pederson Bus Company, New London is providing the bus at a reduced rate and local churches and individuals are sponsoring the transportation costs for volunteers.
