Wagner is the daughter of Stan Wagner and Kay Wagner of Kerkhoven.
She is a 1998 graduate of Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg High School in Kerkhoven.
She is employed by Presbyterian Family Foundation as a direct care staff member and also provides child care in her home.
Hanson is the son of Brad and Carol Hanson and Diana Hanson, all of Willmar.
He is a 1999 graduate of Willmar Senior High School.
He is employed by Peart and Associates of Willmar.
