Watkins -- Hagemeyer
Laura Watkins and Scott Hagemeyer, both of Minneapolis, are engaged to be married June 11 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Fargo, N.D.
Watkins is the daughter of Hoadley and Sheila Harris of Fargo, N.D., and Bob and Yvonne Watkins of Leawood, Kan.
She is a 2003 graduate of Fargo South High School, a 2007 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter with degrees in biology and psychology and a 2011 graduate of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City. She will be employed by the University of Minnesota as a pediatric resident physician.
Hagemeyer is the son of Doug and Kim Hagemeyer of Willmar.
He is a 2003 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with a degree in physics. He is studying for a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is employed by the Geek Squad as an agent on deck in Minneapolis.
