WCER umpire clinic to be held March 24

Willmar Community Education and Recreation is hosting an umpire's clinic on March 24 from 7:30-8:15 p.m. at the city auditorium.

The clinic is for all area umpires needing to be sanctioned or that are interested in umpiring in the WCER leagues.
