Weather Service issues wind advisory for today

Winds out of the northwest are expected to be 30 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.
Otherwise the day should be clear, with mostly sunny skies and a high near 62. The Weather Service expects winds to decrease tonight, with a low around 43.
