Wellness Event Aug. 13 a bike on Glacial trail

A bike ride on the Glacial Lakes State Trail is the centerpiece of the First West Central Lakes Wellness Event on Aug. 13.

The ride goes from the southern trail head at the Willmar Civic Center to Lions Park in Spicer for a noon picnic.

Registration is $10 for an individual and $25 for a family and opens at 9:30 a.m.
