The Minnesota Wild's hot streak continued Tuesday with a 3-0 road win over the Calgary Flames.

The Wild have won five straight games and won the first game of a five-game road trip despite being outshot 41-26.

Minnesota scored goals in all three periods -- Darroll Powe scored his first of the season in the first, Dany Heatley netted his fifth in the second and Guillaume Latendresse scored his fourth into an empty net -- and goalie Niklas Backstrom earned the shutout by helping the defense shut down the Flames on seven power play opportunities.
