WildCard girls hoops tourney starts today

The West Central Tribune WildCard Girls Basketball Tournament begins today in New London.

Willmar faces Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg at 6 p.m. in the first game, followed by New London-Spicer vs. Benson in the second game at 7:45 p.m.

The third-place game will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday in New London and the championship to follow.

Several other area boys and girls basketball teams are in holiday tournament action today.
