Willmar City Council to meet Monday

WILLMAR -- The Willmar City Council will meet for one hour Monday night in the board room at the Municipal Utilities Building, 700 Litchfield Ave. S.W. The council will begin with a closed session at 6 p.m. to conduct an evaluation of City Administrator Charlene Stevens.

The state's Open Meeting Law permits a closed session for the routine performance review of an employee. A summary of the review must be presented at the next open meeting.

The regular open session will convene at 7 p.m. in the chambers at the utilities building. The council will receive the watershed management plan from Barr Engineering and will receive reports from the Finance Committee, the Public Works/Safety Committee, and Community Development Committee.
