Willmar declares snow emergency Wednesday morning in central business district
WILLMAR -- The city of Willmar Public Works Department is declaring a snow emergency in the central business district from 12:01 a.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday.

The affected area is from First Street to Seventh Street Southwest and from Trott Avenue to the bypass.
Cars normally parked on the streets may be parked in the city parking lots. Any vehicles left on the streets will be towed at the owner's expense, according to a city announcement.
