Willmar, Minn., man faces drug, swindle charges after dealings with drug task force


WILLMAR -- Tony Gerrero Jr., 18, of Willmar, made his first court appearance Friday on a first-degree drug sale charge for selling methamphetamine to CEE-VI Drug Task Force agents on multiple occasions last fall.

Gerrero also appeared on a felony charge of fifth-degree drug possession, plus a misdemeanor charge of theft by swindle, for possessing narcotic pain pills while he was attempting to swindle agents in an allegedly bogus drug deal earlier this week.
