Willmar, Minn., man pleads to fifth-degree drug sale after nearly 2 pounds of pot seized

WILLMAR — A 24-year-old Willmar man pleaded guilty Thursday to a fifth-degree drug sale charge for possessing 1.9 pounds of marijuana found in a Willmar apartment in December.

As part of a plea agreement reached in Kandi-yohi County District Court, two additional felony charges against Nicholas Michael Hurlbut-Voight will be dismissed. He will be sentenced April 4.
