Willmar, Minn., School Board to meet Tuesday
WILLMAR -- The Willmar School Board will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the board room on the first floor of the Willmar Education and Arts Center, 611 Fifth Street S.W.
The board usually meets Mondays but moved this meeting to Tuesday because of the Veterans Day holiday.
During the meeting, the board will canvass the vote from the Nov. 6 election, making the results official. Mike Reynolds, Mike Carlson, Liz Van Der Bill and Jackie Saulsbury were elected to the board.
The board will also discuss the Annual Report on Curriculum, Instruction and Student Achievement and the process for developing a new strategic plan for the district.
The board listens to public comments related to agenda items at the beginning of the meeting. Those who want to comment on issues not on the agenda may do so at the end of the meeting.
