WILLMAR — The Willmar Police Department has released a photo of three suspects who were possibly involved in more than 20 tire slashings that happened this weekend near Rice Memorial Hospital.

The department notes that the photo is of poor quality, but may help identify the men. Anyone with information is asked to call local dispatch at 320-235-2244 or CrimeStoppers at 320-235-3640.

Many of the vehicles belonged to hospital employees and were parked in parking lots and streets near the hospital. Police began receiving reports of the vandalism Saturday afternoon.

Police report that it appeared the tires had been stabbed or slashed with a sharp object, with as many as three tires on a vehicle damaged.
