The meeting will start after 6 p.m. because of the requirements for holding its Truth-in-Taxation presentation at the beginning of the meeting.

In addition to the presentation, the board is scheduled to adopt the 2011 local property tax levy of $6.9 million, a 1.45 percent increase from this year's levy.

Also on the agenda is a discussion of holding school on Jan. 24 to make up for a snow day. Jan. 24 was originally planned as a staff in-service day. The board will consider proposed rules for handling future requests for cooperative programs with other districts.

The board will listen to public comments related to items on the agenda at the beginning of the meeting. Those who want to comment on issues not on the agenda may do so at the end of the meeting.

Board meetings are shown live on Willmar local cable access Channel 18 and will be shown at 9 p.m. Monday and at noon and 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday on Channel 19.
