There are 21 players out with four returning from the section team: Allison Baker (CLC honorable mention), Katie Kroona, Emily Nelsen and Raelin Setrum. Kroona and Nelsen are fourth-year varsity players and Baker three. Raelin Setrum lettered last spring as a seventh grader. Looking to help fill openings are senior Mara Aranda and juniors Anna Burns, Jacki Goldschmidt and Jennie Mattison. Sophomores Hannah Kroona and Haley Vollan could break through. Hannah Murphy is out for the first time as a senior, but could as figure into the mix.

Added coach Jodi Mottinger: "Alexandria graduated three starters, but return the CLC individual champion, Maggie Leland. This might be the year for someone to upend Alexandria, which has had a lock on the title. We are hoping to be a top three contender in the conference this year after a 6th place overall finish last year."
