OUTLOOK

Eight lettermen are back, seven of them seniors. The team placed seventh in the conference but had a strong finish, tying for third in the final conference meet at the Territory Golf Club, where Willmar is slated to open on April 13. "We'd like to pick up where we left off," said coach Dave Ellwood. "We've got a lot of experience and some juniors who played JV last year that look ready to contribute.'' Isaiah Streed, Stevin Carlson and junior Grant Kallevig each played in 11 of 13 meets, while Colin Erickson shot some nice rounds late in the season. Alex Baker, Nathan Boie, Taylor King, Aaron Sagadahl also lettered, while Tom Warzecha is out for the first time since ninth grade. Ellwood looks for good things from juniors Talon Hicks, Blake Rassmussen and Patrick Schueller, each coming off promising JV seasons.
