The commission meets at 11:45 a.m. Monday in the Municipal Utilities auditorium.

The study was undertaken in the wake of organizational turmoil this year that led to the firing of the former manager. Consultants have already completed numerous interviews with utilities staff, commissioners and city staff in a review of the utility's management and organization.

Also on the agenda Monday are the power supply report for February and consideration of a resolution with the Western Area Power Administration to reserve firm electric service contract rates for the city of Willmar for January 2021 to Dec. 31, 2050.
