Woman, 22, gets probation for her role in marijuana sale involving child

BENSON -- Heidi Marie Wolney, 22, of Brooklyn Park, was sentenced Wednesday to a $1,000 fine, five years of probation and 30 days of jail time and electronic house arrest for her role in a marijuana deal that involved an 11-year-old child.

Wolney's sentence in Swift County District Court was a stay of adjudication. Under the stay, no conviction will appear on her record if she complies with the sentencing conditions.
