Woman gets probation for voting while ineligible

WILLMAR -- Glynda DeLeon, 47, of Willmar, was fined $100 and put on unsupervised probation for six months on a charge of voting while she was ineligible.

DeLeon received a stay of adjudication in Kandiyohi County District Court. Under the stay, no conviction will appear on her record and the case will be dismissed, unless she violates probation conditions. The only probation condition issued was that she remain law abiding, with no misdemeanor or greater criminal violations.
