Wouter's sinks Lynx at buzzer, 89-87

Ann Wouters hit a jumper from the free-throw line at the buzzer to lift the San Antonio Silver Stars to a 89-87 win over the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday.

Becky Hammon scored 22 points for Silver Stars (10-11), who moved within a half-game of the Lynx for third place in the Western Conference.

Nicky Anosike led Minnesota (11-11) with 24 points.

On the final possession, Hammon drew the defense, then hit a wide-open Wouters, who hit the final shot as time expired.
