Wrestling: Willmar drops two at home
WILLMAR -- The Willmar Cardinals dropped a pair to Class 3AAA competition on Friday night.
Brainerd beat the Cardinals 43-26 in a Central Lakes match. Buffalo beat Willmar Willmar 42-16 and also Brainerd, 40-22.
Cody Stegeman at 160 pounds won twice for Willmar, a pin and a major decision.
Alex Johannes, Adam Fagerstrom, Coty Milhausen, Eugene Stephen and Nathanial Swoyer each went 1-1 in contested matches.
