Willmar declares downtown snow emergency

WILLMAR — The City of Willmar Public Works Department is declaring a snow emergency in the central business district from midnight to 6 a.m. Wednesday. The affected area is from First Street to Seventh Street Southwest and from Trott Avenue to the bypass.
Vehicles normally parked on the streets may be parked in city parking lots instead. Any vehicles remaining on the streets will be towed at the owner’s expense.
