Service: 7 p.m. Monday at Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home, Glenwood.
Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements with Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home.
Survivors: Wife, Dona; children, Linda Ayres, Vicki (Al) Goeken, Jimmy (Lori) Kerns, Mike Kerns.
