Power usage was off 6% this year. Anybody notice that? This was an ECONOMIC decision. (They had all the permits.) When all was said and done, it seems more coal really is NOT the cheap option. Our region has plenty of power, and the east coast doesnt want to buy it here, they'll make their own. There was no market for Big Stone2. In that sense, CURE was right.
