Umm....just to clarify something....Nominations were done in February. I know it's hard to grasp, but there is a difference in being nominated and being selected. Obama wasn't selected until this week as the winner. A little research goes a long ways people. So, yes, he is winning this award based on his actions in the last 8 months or so, not just a few weeks.

Barack has worked extremely hard. No one in history has been able to spend the kind of money this man has.

Hitler was nominated in 1939, but it was retracted days later.

Wait until Monday, when he will be given the Nobel Prize for Agriculture. Guess what the criteria will be for winning.

This sure is nice of him......President Barack Obama will donate the $1.4 million cash award that comes with the Nobel Peace Prize to charity. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs says it's likely that more than one charity will share the windfall. http://wcco.com/national/obama.peace.prize.2.1237557.html

OMG!....I'm still laughing about this one. Nobel Peace Prize?? For what? This is simply another anti-Bush statement by the left. But what a mockery to the Nobel Prize itself. How can Obama accept a reward that was given to the likes of Mother Theresa and Nelson Mandela? Obama should decline the Prize and give it to someone deserving of it.

As old Etienne de la Boetie said in 1550, "Tyrants stupefy their victims with 'pastimes and vain pleasures flashed before their eyes'." And, "The tyrant is often a weak little man. He has no special qualities that set him apart from anyone else - yet the gullible idolize him." Mmm, mmm, mmm
