Dan - read my post of 3:29. The "mistakes" that allowed non-qualified votes to count only happened in precincts run by the DFL. You'd rather have healthcare that will work for no one?

Rick, you'd certainly sing a different tune if your daughter, wife, or sister had been gang raped over in Iraq. You might not be in favor of the amendment, but Jamie Leigh Jones, who was gang raped in December of 2005, sure was. I guess for some it is more important to protect the rights of the likes of the Haliburtons of the world, rather than rape victims like Jamie Leigh Jones. Sure, let's just allow Defense Contractors to have their employees sign all of their rights away. Getting back to the article at hand, no where in the report from KSTP did it mention that the outcome of the election would change simply because mistakes were made. If mistakes were made, logic would say that such mistakes would affect both candidates. To suggest that Franken should resign is downright childish.

Oh, and in case you couldn't tell and actually thought I meant what I said, I was being sarcastic.

Yeah yeah we all know liberals are sooooo terrible and will ruin the world. They all want socialism and to kill unborn babies, and they rig elections and hand out free money to people that dont want to work. They just want to steal from people who earned their money through hard work. They only create recessions and spend money on unnecessary things unlike those wonderful conservatives who would never do such horrible horrible things. They are so innocent of everything. They are our saviors. Thank the Lord that they got these seats. The world will be soooooo much more of a better place than if those nasty liberals were in there. Glorious conservatives who just want to be so kind to others and help them out. Those conservatives are all saints and can never do a thing wrong, ever. That darn President Obama and trying to actually change our health care. How dare he? I really mean, how DARE he try to change our great health care system that works for EVERYONE.

Does anyone really believe that these "mistakes" were not on purpose? The conservative leaning precincts didn't make these "mistakes" it only happened in the liberal precincts. Imagine that! Especially with the George Soros bought and paid for Secretary of State who made sure all the panels that reviewed the election were weighted to the left. He even made for sure that the 2 conservative leaning MN supreme court judges were not able to take part in this case when it got to the MN supreme court.

I just watched the entire piece from KSTP. There is nothing mentioned concerning how possible mistakes being made could have or would have changed the outcome of the election. If mistakes were made, as there certainly are in most every election, as people are only human, the mistakes would be made for both candidates. There is no way of knowing if the mistakes would have hurt or helped either candidate. Maybe the mistakes would have given Franken more votes. Who knows? At the end of the segment they did say that the vast majority of votes were properly counted. To say Franken should resign is absolutely ludicrous. Sour grapes is all it is. By the way, it was very interesting to see 30 Republicans vote against Franken's rape amendment. Jon Stewart had a hillarious bit on this. Very funny.

Not a surprise that NJ and Virg. both elected GOP governors, especially with the poor candidates the Democrats ran. This is about the ninth straight time this has happened - the party that wins the White House loses governorships, etc. It's called balance. The voters don't want either party to dominate. Strange election result in New York with the Democrat defeating the Conservative candidate in the 23rd. I heard it was the first time ever a Democrat has won that seat. You just never know.

Ahhhhh now this is funny. Two governor seats makes it a "massive repudiation".... amazing how far the GOP supporters have to stretch this to make their failed party look good. A word of advice, it might just help your reputation if you'd stop following tools like Rush, actually have SOME ideas, and actually try to work to get something done other than stand in the way of things. At the end of the day, GOP economics have always failed so try something new! I have no doubt the Dems will retain the majority in the next election.
