Brian K you don't get it do you? What I am saying is you never make a comment in regards to what Larry is ranting about, but you are quick to make a point to tell those that are not in agreement with that they have no creditability. No one stated Larry was your hero, and you see this is where you twist the question around and play like a victim. Just admit it Brian I caught you off guard and you being a bit of a hypocrite. Bush had his positive moments until he deceived the voters by taking us into a war of lies. The negative things you want to say about BO is that you and the far right are not happy with BO, and none of you have given the president much of a chance. You people have been condemning him since he took office, and that is a fact. You want unemployed to taper off, yet you complain that BO pumped stimulus money into America instead of the Middle East, which we have done for the last six years. Without the stimulus how high do you think unemployment would have gone with dozens of failed large corporations? Like many presidents BO is advised of what matters need to be attended to and the best ways to make to address problems. Brian you stated BO does not listen to the voters, so why is it he wants to reform health-care? Why is it he placed tariffs on China for some goods and services? Why is it he is making a dead-line for bringing home our troops from Iraq? All this in 11 months. Lets not be selfish Brian, Bush had four years to make a disaster out of the economy. His advisers were not on top of their game which is why he failed.

cathy g.....yes, put them on trial....I never said not to. You just don't use our court system to do so. Tell me Cathy, how would you like to be on jury duty for this one???? It isn't fair to those people now is it? This is a military thing and needs to be handled at Gitmo....put them on trial tomorrow......at Gitmo.

Brain that was a test for you, and you failed. You have listened to the likes of Larry calling BO a thief, and his administrations crooks, but you never once stated he lost creditability. Now Brian if you plan to run for office you have to call it both ways, you can't ignore someone else because you like what that person may stand for. You and others also parade around complaining about spending and the deficit, but you have no problem seeing our so called enemies held in facilities on the public dime. To me this brings no closure to those who lost love ones in 911. I feel if these so called criminals committed this terrible act, then finding them guilty once and for all, and executing them for their crimes gives our country some closure, especially for 911 victims. Look at the bigger picture Brian, not the close minded opinions of those on the know it all far right.

cathy g......when you respond with a "Bush and his administration of thieves and crooks"......your opinions and statements lose value to me. I don't agree with everything that Bush, but what is the difference with the BO administration?....or maybe its just the fact that you are a fall lefty and can't see it from a Indep view. Now, here is your answer, yes....there is a big difference between our court system and the military system. Tell me, why didn't BO just force the military to hold the trials rather than bring them back to the US......it is all political....period. It will backfire at our expense. Yes, Bush should have held these trials.......so should have BO 9 months ago...what's the difference? This is nothing but a game of politics for our commander and he, like us, will learn that the hard way.

So Brain your afraid these people may have been held without proper procedure or evidence? When the military tries someone their rules are somewhat different then our criminal court system. Why didn't Bush and his administration of thieves and crooks put these people on trial? Seems to me some of you people don't have a comment for that, other then continue to hold someone without any due process. When we lower ourselves to the bowels of the enemy, then we are no better then those we fight against, and I refuse to believe many of our soldiers died in all these wars, so we can act like our enemy.

So John you saying since they are non-citizens they should be given no rights and held forever if need be because we are a country with no values? Also John we are not even sure they are enemy combatants, and all we came up with is they are suspected of masterminding 911. If this government has found the resources to hold these people for their part in this crime, then by all means lets try them, and if convicted sentence them to death. Why is that so hard? We will spend more resources and more money holding these suspects and some of the far right fanatics don't complain about the cost of holding these people, when we can let the courts finally deal with him!

Here is my first question as the defense attorney, "was my client read his miranda rights?".....my second question is, " was my client offered legal defense presence during questioning?"........ummmm......"Nope and Nope"....."your Honor, I move that all evidence after the arrest be thrown out due to my client not recieving his miranda rights and failure to allow an attorney to be present during questioning"........"yes, all evidence after the arrest is to be thrown out"......"your honor, I now move that all charges are dropped due to the lack of evidence against my client". NOW......I know many of you are looking at this as being crazy.....but if they don't follow this procedure, tell me, is this american justice within our court system? This is why you don't try these cases in our court system. Just a thought..........

When they are done convicting the hijackers, they should start the War Crime Trials for the previous administration as well. Historically, war criminals that ignore the Geneva Convention are hung by the neck until dead.

As per the Geneva Convention? What is that? I'm pretty sure the last administration threw that silly piece of paper out the window (along with any respect the world had for us). All of this should have been taken care of before BUSHCO and friends retired to play with the billions they bilked from us during their invasion and murder spree in Iraq. I'm glad someone is finally trying to clean up the mess, God knows BUSHCO had absolutely NO intention of finishing what they started. There is a special place in hell for war criminals.
