Bob K if its a federal Death penalty case then it matters little if NY as executed prisoners, the feds take care of that by transporting those convicted and sentenced to death to another prison where executions are normally carried out. This isn't a state murder case its federal.

Casey O., repeating your post will not make it fact. Your repeating only makes you gullibel to what you do on your side of theaisle. Much like Jefferson who said the $90 grand was just "cool" cash. Much like AG Holder who was against the death penalty but is now telling Congress that he will go for the death penalty in moving the case to NY state. But surprise, New York has not had an execution since 1976. There is currently a court ordered moratorium in effect. Before you go after others determining who is truthful or not, you had better look at those behind you and those leading you and then make a comment. One other suggestion - before you start saying what is black and white regarding someone else, you had better define the grey you have created from the black and white in your own crowd.

Luke, I do agree with you. I think she was chosen because of the neck and neck race between Hillary and Barack, and the GOP said, why not try and cash in on having a female VP being Clinton was so close. Just so all know, Hillary wasn't so close because she was female, it's because she was qualified for the job. What the GOP did was very shallow and all females should be outraged for them to even think women would vote for somebody based on gender.

Mike C, you make a very good point. As long as it sells, it will be out there. When the interest dies, so will the articles. She is so controversial, that as long as she keeps herself out there, the news will carry it. Kind of Like Michael Jackson and Anna Nicole Smith.

Makes one wonder if this was not followed by the media if there would be complaints about that, and how the media "fell all over" President Obama's books? Just a thought.

Josh, where is this from? "It is said that most of you have no idea that the President was over in China for a very important encounter with President Hu and very little was accomplished."

Kathy not sure where you got the indication that I thought Palin would be happy to be off the front page. Casey, I am not responding to the paper directly, but rather through and based on the article written by Terry. Not so sure why that reasoning is so hard to grasp.

Josh, was this actually on the front page of the hardcopy or just the online version. I have not seen the hardcopy and would assume that it was only the online version carrying the article on the front page. What you see online is not what always is printed on the hard copy. Free publicity for Palins book. Either way, if you don't like what the paper puts on the front page, write your own. I do agree that it is not front page worthy, but if they did feel it was, that's their choice. Like Bill said, maybe there wasn't much to print at the time of printing. Freedom of the press. Their paper, their choice.
