Where did this fake district stuff come from? I searched the internet and couldn't find a thing.

It's always someone else's fault! Don't you wonder where all that stimulus money went? These are fake districts, folks. I don't care who is in office; I want to know where that money is.

Funny how there was no comment over 400 madeup districts or the 17 new taxes on folks making under 250 grand. I guess that was "someone else's" fault.

Mark A., one thing you did not hear when Reagan came into office was reference to the "previous president excuses" as we are hearing today but more of ideas in solving problems to the economy. Lets combine stories and view points because both sides were the causes for our current situation. I don't blame Presidient Obama, i just ask the question - if he know this was coming when he was elected to the Senate in 2004 and started serving in 2005, why was he not pushing his colleagues for reform then? But he went along with Dodd and others who created some of the problems. He campaigned on saying he had the answers but it seems those answers are not working. The Reps are no better but one must remember both sides of the aisle took advantage of the corruption results practiced by both parties.

Mark A, lets see 30 years ago , the Dems were in charge and almost sunk the ship for the public . Dems gained control in 1990 and took off in once again sinking the ship but a Presdient in 1994 saw the handwriting on the wall and veered to the right creating a rising tide for the old battle ship . Dems took the House in 2006 elections, resurrected the old style ship and started drilling holes in it again. Dems took the Senate in the 2007 elections and bought bigger drill bits to help the House, turned a blind eye to what was happening, with both the House and Senate sitting on their hands. In 2008, a Paul Revere like person in disguise, came riding in with all the answers and he declared to everyone, he was the "winner". The public has now found out the answers were not to reform, not to create more jobs, nor to expand the economy, but the answers were more like actions of - we are here to take over, we are here to control, and we will tell you what freedoms and programs we will allow you to have. Better look behind you, as the support crowd is thinning quickly. The person who was promised to have her mortgage paid and gas tank filled has become disillusioned - she also lost her job since January, 2009.

Yes Brett the mayor and Governor of Alaska with a poulation of maybe 600 thousand. No one is still certain who was managing the governors office, Sarah or her husband? The only reason she will have sucess with her book is because of McCain, then Oprah, she knows where to go and what to say to make people feel she is one of them. The sad truth is she is a flash in the pan and became a political liability for McCain. Palin thought she was rallying the crowds as she continued negative campaigning, but she failed to settle down the radicals screaming for blood which the news caught wind of. She praised Hillary but not before she bashed hillary in previous interviews. She was a political pawn with a nice face, designed to grab the Hillary women voters, that was until she began giving interviews that were as empty as her bridge to no where, and troopergate, that also came back to hurt her. I give Palin credit for running for office and becoming the governor, but I feel her reason for suddenly bailing out without finishing her term, hurt her creditability. She wanted to exploit her new found fame which left some experts wondering what she was running away from? I don't feel it was anything bad, but it was her desire to just get out while the getting was good. She has shielded her past failed VP run at the whitehouse, and her inability to finish her term, by writing a book. I could not believe all the shallow people who believe she is just like them. We know she was no hockey mom, we know she failed to sell the people of America on her ability to be a VP, and we know she had some controversy within her own political office, with some radical thinking. The pitbull mom was used to rally the gulliable followers who never saw the real side to her. The nonsense stirred up by the right stating Obama had sent his people to Alaska to dig up dirt on Palin, was just plain horse manure. Any campaign camp will want to know all the details of their rivals, but not once did Obama attack her, and bring up her shortcomings, she did this all by herself. What her and McCain failed to do was grab the minority vote, because of their continued attacks and half-truths about Obama. Hey Brett maybe you can still score a Palin bobble head, and maybe find one for Cody? Of course once the noise dials down you can sell it on Ebay.

Ahh now this is some funny stuff... just another example of the crazy right's ability to turn on anyone like rabid monkeys. And just another example of Palin's complete inability to be organized. Some presidential material! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0KI-tVJFCA

Everything negative that happened during the campaign was "Someone else's" fault. From McCain's campaign people right down to Katie Couric, they were all out to get her and it wasn't her fault that she got rattled and thought Africa was a country, not a continent and couldn't think of a thing she read. She'd do real well in a heated discussion with Putin. Enough with this bimbo. She's had her 15 minutes of fame now let her glide quietly back to Wasilla.

Hey Brett maybe you should enlighten Cody when Obama criticized the PD who arrested his professor friend. Obama said what was on his mind right or wrong so what is the difference. At least Obama did not invent situations and enhance incidents to make them appear worst then they were. Palin sort of mastered in this type of election warfare, but she stepped on a landmind when she began tossing hand gernades at Obama.

Cody you have your facts crossed up a bit, especially about the town meetings that were purposely distrupted by the right who had some speciall interest people joining in.Big deal Obama critized the PD but the bottom line they were in the wrong as well. It was what Obama did after the incident that gives creditability to the incident, he admitted his mistake and made amends. The vicious rumors and unfounded accusations placed against the president were despicable, unwarranted, and staged to try and wreck his creditability. Your sister Palin went on the attack in case you missed that part of the election process, then proceeded to step on her hockey mom stick, and made herself look bad. Sorry to awaken you Cody from your slumber, but unemployment was at 8%, and rising before Obama took over. As for the VP Joe Biden measures up a good deal better then shotgun Cheney, our former VP, who help to privatized the war so his former company can continue to get rich, and he was also responsible for the economic fall out. Don't judge a president and his VP after only being in office for 11 months, because the damage done will take a good deal longer to repair. Cody do the homework, don't fall into the far right propaganda who has caused nothing but disruptions simply because they didn't like Obama, and by their own shortcomings, lost the office, so lets move on?
