Mike- P.O.Box is different than a regular mailbox. So of course there is a difference with $3.00 a month vs free. One is standing outside in the elements, the other inside a monitored warm room. Why would you assume it would be free? No wonder America is going broke...everyone was something for nothing

At $40 annually for a PO Box, it's easy to see why people want to install mailboxes.
