Randy o., You maybe missing the most important part of the moral of the story - you need small town merchants on Main Street and manufacturers in the industrial parks producing products for those farmer dollars. The current stimulus plan has done nothing to address those areas of the rural economy and, currently, Congress is only going to hurt these same merchants and farmers with what they are currently proposing. .

The moral of the story - we need farmers to make money! They pour it into our small town economies better than anyone.
