When you allow one group (unions) to have free speech and not another you have not only limited speech but play favorites. Obama was wrong in attacking this during the state of the union. His facts were wrong and he was wrong for doing it when others could not respond. Even the N.Y. times admitted his facts were wrong. If you can say unions are not bought and paid for you do not belong in left field.

This "reform" never interfered with freedom of speech, they could say anything they wanted. It limited the amount of money they could spend. This is perhaps the dumbest thing the Supreme Court has ever done paving the way for our elected officials to be bought and paid for.
