Steve P, I don't know that you can assume they were stolen if we can believe Wager's story, he claims to have tried to turn them in and it's probably a fine example of the usual oversight of our tax dollars when the military is concerned.

"The names weren't released because IT'S AGAINST THE LAW! Wake up for cryin' out loud!" Not quite right - It is the protection within the law. Laws can be broken or circumvented as we have witnessed time after time but this is the protection within the law.

They won't name names because they are juveniles but they should release punishment given. It seems clear that they are lil darlings of the community leaders or it would have gotten out by now.
