has nothing to do with the unemployment rate Steve. You were worse off then, i was better off. Things change. But I bet all that great stuff Reagan did to get the economy moving again allowed you to get a job. He was great!

Reagan had a far worse first year. This is a fact. I was there. I was a republican. I graduated with a business degree then. I couldn't get a job cleaning toilets. Let's put things into perspective.

Casey- Proof for you seems to do no good. You cannot name for me anytime these big govt. programs have worked. I agreed the GOP lost thier way and overspent. So spending 4X will only do us more harm. We can show facts from a nobel prize winning person in economics what works. (Milton Freidman) Micro and Macro economics he understands. You can only show me talking points from people who have never made a payroll at a small bussines. Someday you might learn govt. is not soultion but the problem. (Reagan)

Larry, how do you and Dr. Jones know where that woman got her shoes, tattoos, gold on her tooth, cell phone, cigs and beer? How do you know that doctor is telling the truth? The only thing snopes says is that yes, he wrote that letter to the editor, doesn't it? It says nothing about if there really is a woman and if there really is, it says nothing about how she obtained these items... I have a friend in another state that is poor. Her "friend" that lives in another state buys her things that she couldn't afford, for her birthday and Christmas. She wears high end clothing that she buys at the thrift store where the price for clothes is under a dollar. You look at her and you would think she is a multi millionaire, but if you looked in her fridge, you would see that she is one of the working poor.
