They should just put it on as a referendum for voters to vote on it there are enough Dem's that will vote yes on it to pass. Particularily if they made the rich pay for it. Some states have been noticing that people are voting with their feet. That is how I would like to vote here soon. North and South Dakota are not that far away.

Wish both sides would sit down and solve the problem at hand. Tax clothing for a set number of years and then drop the tax. Get the State out of debt and stop the borrow from one agency to pay for the other. Yes the Governor and others like Rep. Seifert will have to set aside their no tax promise, and yes Pogemiller and others will have to accept that they can't fund everything and the sun. Enough already fix this mess!

Good news, if they buy all the construction & building materials at Menard's they wont have to pay any interest for 1 full year! Great huh?
