joe r., I read your long post(rant) today. Based on the remarks you made, I jumped to the conclusion you might or could be classified as a racist when you made the remark of the tea partiers being all white. But that thought left my mind very quickly because what you really were trying to do is demonize the tea partiers for what they stand for, not the color of their skin. I think Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit really put it in print what the tea partiers really are . Courtesy of Glenn Reynolds - "Tea partiers are still angry at federal deficits, at Washington’s habit of rewarding failure with handouts and punishing success with taxes and regulation, and the general incompetence that has marked the first year of the Obama presidency. But they’re no longer depressed. Instead, they seem energized. Attendees were hawking DVDs, books, and Web sites promoting tea-party ideals, while discussing the use of tools like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter for political organizing." joe r., it is a rally cry for the American People to take back their country and once again instill the American Dream which is hard work, savvy, rewarded with success, not the Government Dream of a handout on each street corner. You maybe in the minority as a lot of people have not seen a consistent, well planned or thought out bunch of policies to bring this country out of recession. Sure we will see growth but the real growth is when we see our unemployed neighbor go to work each morning - once again. We need people working , not a list of legacies from the policies being promoted now.

joe r., please address your remarks to the WCT land, not the fantasy land you keep creating and spinning. Based on his latest post, he must have updated his "joe r. facts" dictionary. joe r., if you are so against the drug prescription plan, why are the leftist liberals and the leftist President eliminating the "donut hole" in the plan(which incidentaly will only cause additional federal expenditures). With regards to the Prescription drug plan, you are missing a point here. It was a plan to help the heavy users of prescription drugs to get relief(which it did) but would be balanced, cost wise, by enrollment of people who were not heavy users of prescription drugs. Well , one can tell the heavy users enrolled and the light users declined - much like our current health plans - healthy stay out and unhealthy get the benefits. Might add, joe r., it helps the people the most for which you always claim the government does not do enough for.

Brent I still believe there will be change no matter how many of the far right are trying to road block the president. The president has served one year in office and the hypocrites are already out condemning him. These religious self righteous dividers who forgot that it takes both parties to fix the ills of this country which Bush left when he bailed out. I give the president some pretty good marks for continuing support for the troops then reaching a dead line. Obama put a tariff on the Chinese who were flooding the market with tires putting 5000 Americans out of work. I admire him for working on the health care issue which really showed the true colors of the right, who lied, vandalize assaulted, and verbally attacked anyone who was for change. The same party of no, sprayed the word nazi on the walls of these town meetings, and the CEO of these insurance companies came disgused as ordinary people against health care reform. Of course the likes of oxy Rush made the statement he wanted the president to fail, as he continued his mindless hypocritcal rants. Now we have the far right members organizing what they call a tea party. Of course the tea party is claiming to be something it is not! Actually it was the tea party which ran this country into the ground and they have been looking for more catchy misleading phrases to keep their movement going. I call it the tea party hyporisy. While the tea party continues to bash the bailouts some of them have tried cashing in on that same bailout money for campaign cash. The all white tea party seems to be moving farther right from the Bush era. People who follow this so called rerun of what the true tea party was about before our country won its indepedence are falling into another GOP agenda which has no real interest in the average voter, only its political gains. Palin is a perfect example of this while writing her speech on her hand, she failed to give accurate details of her so called claims that the tea party helped to get Brown elected. Number one Brown threw the tea party under a bus, and a Democrat beat a tea party candidate which lime light Palin failed to disclose. Also her defense of oxy Rush back fired, after he was heard making the same type of comments as Palin accuse someone else of doing in reference to retards. The far right is turning this tea party into circus, desprately looking for a platform to run in 2012. What a joke, but its good for laughs!!! Sorry Brett the president did one year not four, so sit back down and watch as Obama digs us out of this mess.

Harold lets tar and feather you maybe we can control your endless rants with no facts to back you up, just a dislike for a Democratic president or anyone else who is a Democrat. Harold we had it your way for 8yrs, and it turned into a disaster, so one year in as president still does not mean the president is a failure, especially with what he had to walk into, pure failure!
