The issue is not whether E-85 is a joke or that is has little value, the issue is this candidate did not know anyhting about it, which gives her little creditability to voters. John when you are trying to defend something why is it you bring up Bill? Does Bill intimidate you? The candidate was clueless, yet you go out of your way to change the subject, and drag someone else into the issue. If your life is so good John, then why do you have to keep reminding us? Harold is way out in left field, and you know it, so how could you honestly defend him? John your creditability just took another hit, but keep posting some of us need a laugh every now and then.

Yeah. there's another one right out of left field. If you are referring to the law requiring all gas sold in Minnesota to contain ethanol HarOLD, it was passed to try to clean up out air. This law was passed by democrats alone, and it certainly wasn't passed to try to make your life any more miserable than it already is.

I feel a candidate should have the knowledge to be a running mate or the main candidate, and we all know what was said about Judy Dutchers gaffe. Harold the DFL had nothing to do with this womens failure to recognize one of the most important changes in fuel consumption over the past decade. Harold what does Hillary Clinton have to do with this? I will bet you all the money you have Mrs Clinton has a good deal of knowledge about E-85. Also Harold get history straight for a change, Obama did not do any mudslinging in regards to Palin or McCain. Once McCain announced her as a VP candidate her enemies took the opportunity to bring up troopergate, and her support for the bridge to nowhere! These two GOP candidates burned themselves by continuing to attack the president, which in turn cost them the election. Lets not forget Palin herself stumbling through some media interviews, as well as lacking knowledge about her own parties president. Saturday night live was having a field day with Palin as she was the brunt of their jokes thanks to comments about being able to see Russia from her back door! Lets see, the crowd she was embracing, was actually calling for blood which the media gobbled up that crowds anger, and her ignorance to put a stop to it! That also hurt her chances. Of course McCain didn't do himself any favors by changing his tune, and contradicting himself on numerous occasions. The train he was trying to run derailed Harold, and OBama hardly had to open his mouth or his wallet, so get over it!

YES Harold, it is Obama's fault that Marty Seifert's running mate doesn't know what E-85 is.

Ouch. And yes Tom, just like Judy Dutcher's gaffe was covered in 2006, so will this one be covered.

I trust that there will be similar stories on the gaffes of the DFL candidates
