There seems to be some very worthy beneficaries besides stadiums with this plan. I hope it gets the serious consideration it needs. Also we should note the bipartisan support on this, I am glad to see that happen and thrilled thay my Representative is part of this.

Its about time these guys woke up and smelled the coffee. Don Laughlin wanted to pay for a stadium a few years ago if they let him put up a casino and take 10% and we didnt do it so I wouldnt get our hopes up on this one either.
